Physical Therapy in Woodbury, MN

PT that feels like training, not like you're broken

One-on-one care that keeps you moving through hip, back, shoulder, and foot pain. We build a plan around your goals, not around stopping everything you love.

Pain that keeps you sidelined isn't going away on its own

Hip and low back pain that limits your workouts

Pain during squats, deadlifts, or running that keeps flaring up. We help you build capacity and confidence so you can keep training with necessary adjustments instead of shutting everything down.

Shoulder and upper body limitations

Overhead work that feels off, bench press that aggravates your shoulder, or stiffness that won't go away. We integrate rehab into real movements so you progress without stepping away from training.

Foot and ankle pain from running or jumping

Achilles issues, plantar fasciitis, or nagging foot pain that disrupts your training schedule. We assess movement patterns and training load to help you stay consistent while symptoms improve.

Real stories from active adults who stayed active through rehab

Jennifer Lewis DPT is using dry needling technique on my PF to avoid a large orthopedic surgery. She explains everything very well and is very knowledgeable in this area of therapy. I feel confident in her care. Thank you 💕

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about how we work and what to expect.

I already tried PT and it didn't help. How is this different?

Many of our clients have tried PT before. The difference is that we keep you active throughout the process with one-on-one care that fits your training goals. Instead of passive treatments and generic exercises, we assess your movement patterns and build a plan that integrates rehab into real workouts. You'll work with a team that understands performance and training load, not just clinical protocols.

Will I have to stop training completely?

In most cases, no. We focus on keeping you active with smart adjustments instead of shutting everything down. Some movements may need to be modified while we build capacity, but many clients are surprised by how much they can continue doing during rehab. Your plan is individualized based on your symptoms, goals, and training schedule.

How much does physical therapy cost and do you take insurance?

We offer cash-based packages and pay-as-you-go options. We also accept major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medica, Health Partners, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid. HSA and FSA are accepted. To ensure a seamless experience, please call us at (651) 528-6461 beforehand to verify your health benefits and learn if treatment services will be subject to a charge, deductible, or coinsurance.

How long are sessions and how many will I need?

Sessions are one-on-one and built around your specific needs. The number of visits depends on your goals, symptoms, and how your body responds to the plan. During your discovery call and evaluation, we'll talk through realistic timelines and expectations based on what you're working through.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first visit is a one-on-one evaluation where we assess movement, discuss your training and goals, and identify patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms. We'll build an individualized plan together and often start working on movements and exercises during that first session. You'll leave with clarity on next steps and a plan that makes sense for your schedule.
