What's the difference between performance training and just following a program online?

Performance training with us is individualized and adjusted based on how you respond. We design your program around your sport, your timeline, and your limitations. You get coaching, accountability, and modifications when things aren't working instead of following a generic template that doesn't account for your body or your goals.

Do I need to train in person or can I do remote programming?

Both options are available. You can train one-on-one in our Woodbury facility or receive remote programming through the EverFit app with regular check-ins and plan adjustments. Remote programming works well for clients who are consistent with training on their own but want expert coaching and accountability.

Can you help me prepare for a specific competition or race?

Yes. We design periodized programs for Hyrox competitions, running races, CrossFit competitions, and other performance goals. We work backward from your event date to build strength, power, and conditioning while managing fatigue and peaking at the right time.

What if I'm coming back from an injury? Can I still do performance training?

Absolutely. Many clients transition from physical therapy into performance training, or they work with us on both at the same time. We build your program around your current capacity and progress it as you get stronger. The goal is to return to sport safely while building the qualities that help you perform and stay healthy long-term.

How much does performance training cost?

We offer cash-based packages and pay-as-you-go options for in-person training. Remote programming through the EverFit app is also available.
