Meet the providers and coaches at Resilient PT and Performance.

Lars didn’t start his career in healthcare. After earning a degree in economics, he quickly realized something was missing. It wasn’t until a running injury while training for a marathon that he discovered a deep interest in movement, performance, and rehabilitation. That experience sparked a passion for physical therapy and led him to go back to school to pursue a career helping others to discover their own passions and live more active lives.
Frustrated by a healthcare system that prioritized profits over people and by PT clinics that relied on fear-based messaging to keep patients dependent. Lars founded Resilient PT and Performance. His vision was to create a place where patients feel like part of a community and leave every visit more confident in what their body is capable of.
Today, Lars brings that same purpose and energy to every patient interaction. He specializes in treating hip and knee injuries, weekend warriors, high school athletes and runners. With a focus on individualized care and performance-based rehab, Lars is dedicated to helping patients return to what they love stronger than before.
Outside the clinic, Lars enjoys training with a focus on longevity including strength training, running local half marathons, spending time with his wife, their three kids, and their dog Louie. His personal and professional life are rooted in the same belief: the body is an incredible thing and with the right plan and consistency it can perform at a high level (at ANY age). At Resilient PT and Performance, that belief drives our mission to help individuals build the resilience to overcome all physical obstacles in life.

Zach is an advocate for health and fitness! He believes in living an active life and striving to participate in activities that challenge you. He graduated from Augsburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. While there, he presented research at a national conference in Orlando on running mechanics and knee injuries. After that, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University.
As a physical therapist, his goal is to be an impactful clinician. He believes that people measure the quality of their life by their ability to engage in meaningful pursuits and as a DPT it is his goal to build a specific plan for each patient to help them move through a meaningful life. He enjoys working with a range of patients from individuals recovering from surgery, athletes, and active adults. In his free time he enjoys taking hikes with his wife and son, training his dog new tricks, and spending time out on the lake.

Jeff grew up in Minnesota with a lifelong love for sports, running, weightlifting and music.
